How to request a charitable contribution

We receive numerous requests annually for charitable contributions. As a mandatory guideline, we will only consider contributions from not-for-profit organizations.

Please follow the guidelines below when making your request.

• Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event or sponsorship deadline.
• Contributions and/or sponsorships cannot be automatically renewed or assumed.
• Each submission is evaluated on a first-time basis and will not be approved based on the prior year’s participation.
• Sponsorships will not be approved without submission of a current year W9 form for the benefitting organization.

Please note that due to a large number of requests, we are unable to respond to all requests immediately. However, we will try and respond promptly.
